Today kicks off the 7th annual No More Week.
No More Week is a grassroots campaign that seeks to increase awareness and prevent domestic violence and sexual assault.
The goal of the campaign is “to inspire everyone to make a change to help create a culture of safety, equality, and respect in our communities.”
The team at the Katie Brown Educational Program prevents dating violence by offering age-appropriate, topical curriculum to students in grades four through high school. In addition to our school-based programming, we reach communities through our non-traditional and professional development training.
We address the many facets that prevent a culture of dating violence, including boundaries, respect, jealousy, and gender stereotypes.
KBEP educators have taught nearly 90,000 students since 2001.
This week, and always, KBEP pledges to continue to provide consistent, relevant education to create spaces for healthier dating relationships. We know that #ChangeHappensHere and will continue to work and create safer communities!
