You Matter

In the midst of a confusing and difficult world, take a moment to remember that you are important: You Matter. This phrase is so simple yet we do not hear it or say it nearly enough. Through the various, seemingly never ending struggles and challenges in our lives, we sometimes forget just how special and powerful we are.

Riverside Trauma Center is hosting a video contest,“13 Ways to Take Care of Ourselves and Each Other” which asks for teens to showcase healthy ways to manage and cope with social and emotional challenges. Participants have a chance to win $1,000! The video contest is for Massachusetts high school students, age 14 and older. The submission deadline is July 28, 2017.
